12 state AGs sue Paramount Skydance in an attempt to block its Warner Bros. Discovery deal

Twelve state attorneys general sued Paramount Skydance to block its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, alleging the merger would harm competition and consumers by consolidating power in theatrical distribution and cable channels.
