Downed aircraft sends pilot to hospital with serious injuries, Douglas County Sheriff's Office says

A downed aircraft caused serious injuries to the pilot, who was airlifted to the hospital. The crash occurred near Crow Drive and Cheyenne Drive in Douglas County around 8:30 a.m. Monday, according to the Sheriff's Office.
