US citizen found guilty of helping export tech to Iran in violation of sanctions
A US citizen, Mahdi Mohammad Sadeghi, was found guilty of conspiring to export electronic components to Iran in violation of sanctions. The case involved a Swiss front company and allegations that the components were used in Iran’s military drone program.
