Yemen closes all airports until further notice after Sanaa attack
Yemen's civil aviation authority has closed all airports until further notice following a strike by the Aden-based government on Sanaa airport to prevent an Iranian aircraft from landing. Rashad al-Alimi, leader of Yemen’s internationally recognized governing council, stated he would not escalate conflict with the Houthis to avoid advancing Iran’s objective of prolonging war.
