Restaurant pullouts from dog-friendly scheme ‘responsible’, 20 complaints recorded

Some restaurants in Hong Kong have withdrawn from a new dog-friendly dining scheme due to limited manpower, space constraints, and cautious diners, according to the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.
