AIA Alta’s Optimal Longevity Index shows health and wealth go hand in hand
Hong Kong’s 2024 census reports a life expectancy of 82.7 years for men and 88.2 years for women, among the world’s highest. However, the AIA Alta High-Net-Worth Optimal Longevity Index, developed by Boston Consulting Group, indicates Hong Kong’s high-net-worth and ultra high-net-worth families may lack readiness for longevity-related challenges.
