Terminally ill man marries longtime love in hospital as final wish comes true

Dean Pennell, a terminally ill man with cancer, married his fiancé Kay Beaman at Colchester Hospital in Essex, fulfilling a 20-year wish. The couple delayed their wedding to provide for their 10 children and celebrated with family and friends, including 18 grandchildren.
