Aspen Acres Fire: Containment steadily increases

The Aspen Acres Fire in Southern Colorado has burned 98,100 acres and is 35% contained as of July 12. Jake Livingstone, incident commander from the Alaska Complex Incident Management Team 1, reported 1,934 personnel are battling the fire. Sheriff Richard Smith will host a community meeting.
