‘Nothing but God’: Teen helps save 76-year-old woman driving with brain bleed
A 17-year-old Alabama teen, Johnson Thompson, helped save a 76-year-old woman, Fannie Garner, who had driven 15-20 miles while suffering from an undetected brain bleed. Thompson called 911 after noticing her disoriented state and provided assistance until emergency services arrived. Garner later credited Thompson as her 'angel' and received treatment at Birmingham Hospital.
