Late Georgia congressman’s daughter among those competing to finish his term

Marcye Scott, daughter of deceased Congressman David Scott, is a candidate in Georgia’s 13th Congressional District special election to complete his term. The election includes three Democrats and two Republicans, with one disqualified candidate still listed on the ballot. The winner will serve until January.
