Woman electrocuted by power lines following severe storms

A 37-year-old woman was electrocuted after severe storms caused a power line to fall in southeast Charlotte, N.C. A neighbor reported hearing popping noises and discovering the woman's body after the line caught fire. The fire department was alerted, but the exact cause of the electrocution remains unclear, and her identity has not been released.
