Oregon’s Attorney General withdraws effort to delay Paramount and Warner Bros. merger

Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield has withdrawn his effort to delay the merger between Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery. Rayfield had sought documents and a 60-day delay for review but dropped his civil investigative demand. While Paramount is pleased with the withdrawal, the AG's office expressed dissatisfaction.
