Three people were hospitalized, including one with serious injuries, after a multi-vehicle collision in downtown Miami. The crash occurred at the intersection of Northwest 17th Avenue and 20th Street, where a gray car struck and destroyed a gas station sign. The Miami Police Department is investigating the incident.
