Typhoon Bavi: more than 130 flights connecting Hong Kong to region axed
Over 130 flights between Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China, and Japan were cancelled due to Typhoon Bavi, with 10 high-speed rail services also suspended. Hong Kong International Airport reported 64 inbound and 71 outbound flights axed, primarily affecting routes to Taipei, Kaohsiung, Shanghai, and Hangzhou.
