A New Jersey woman, Victoria Anne Cranmer, 25, is accused of sexually assaulting a child under 13, recording the incident, and sharing a video on Snapchat. She was arrested and charged with sexual assault, manufacturing child sexual abuse material, and endangering the child's welfare. Investigators identified her via tattoos in the video and found additional recordings on her phone and Snapchat account.
