Apple files lawsuit accusing ChatGPT maker OpenAI of stealing trade secrets

Apple filed a lawsuit in a California federal court accusing OpenAI of stealing trade secrets through former Apple employees now working at OpenAI. The lawsuit alleges two former Apple employees, Tang Tan and Chang Liu, accessed and shared confidential hardware-related information with OpenAI while transitioning to the AI company. OpenAI denied the claims, stating it has no interest in other companies' trade secrets.
