17-year-old pleads not guilty to adult charges in attempted sexual battery case

Anthony Gonzalez-Tovar, 17, pleaded not guilty to adult charges of attempted sexual battery after surveillance video showed him exposing himself and attempting to assault a woman near a Weston apartment complex. He was initially charged as a minor but is now being prosecuted as an adult.
