San Jose man who tried to profit from his own road rage sentenced
A San Jose man was sentenced to 60 days in jail for staging a road rage crash to profit from a bogus auto insurance claim. Ken Pham Tran submitted a false claim to Progressive Insurance Co. after allegedly causing damage to his Jeep.
