Parents charged after young child shoots, kills 2 siblings with unsecured gun, authorities say

A young child accessed an unsecured shotgun and fatally shot two siblings in Brookville, Kansas, leading to charges of aggravated child endangerment against the parents, Aaron French and Makayla French. The victims were 5 and 8 years old, with both dying from their injuries.
