[US] Latest Victim of Captain D’s and Wgiftcard.com Scam

A user ordered a Captain D’s gift card through captainds.com, but it never arrived. The order status on wgiftcard.com shows as pending despite a passed delivery date, and customer service attempts led to unhelpful responses or scams targeting Medicare beneficiaries. The user alleges Captain D’s partnered with a predatory organization called Transaction Wireless.
