Fourth of July crowds fuel Virginia tourism boom

The Fourth of July holiday generated a tourism boom in Virginia, with Virginia Beach and Williamsburg reporting some of their strongest hotel occupancy rates in years. The Virginia Tourism Corporation highlighted the Hampton Roads region's success during the holiday weekend.
