Laura Dietz, a Macomb County fence company owner, pleaded no contest to multiple fraud and embezzlement charges, including stealing over $93,000 from her father and failing to deliver fence services to victims in St. Clair Shores and Shelby Township. She also issued a $11,751.14 nonsufficient funds check to Elite Fence Products and faces extradition to Wisconsin for a pending false pretenses charge.
