Perumbavoor court grants bail to accused in forcible tonsure of youth on suspicion of supplying ganja

Perumbavoor court granted bail to individuals accused of forcibly tonsuring a youth suspected of supplying ganja. Six persons were arrested for their involvement in the alleged assault, stripping, public humiliation, and forcible tonsuring of three youths accused of supplying ganja to a schoolboy.
