Federal agents at scene of ICE shooting in Houston didn’t have body cameras, DHS says
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers shot a Mexican homebuilder during a traffic stop in Houston. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office is investigating the incident. Federal agents at the scene did not have body cameras, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
