Knife-wielding arson suspect arrested after setting Tampa restaurant on fire, police say

A 53-year-old man, Rubiel Castillo, was arrested by Hillsborough County deputies after being found with two knives inside a burning Tampa restaurant. Deputies rescued people from the fire, extinguished flames using fire extinguishers, and charged Castillo with arson, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and criminal mischief.
