Nashville police find baby in homeless encampment during welfare check

Nashville police found a six-month-old baby in a homeless encampment during a welfare check, leading to the arrest of both parents on outstanding warrants. The baby is now in DCS custody, with efforts underway to reunite the family in a safe environment. Councilmember Sheri Weiner and Officer Ben Cantrell were involved in the discovery and response.
