Airbnb buys high-profile Park Avenue building for $81.5 million

Airbnb purchased the 201 Park Avenue South building in New York City for $81.5 million to expand its East Coast presence. The six-story Beaux-Arts landmark was bought from RFR, with the deal closing on July 8, and will serve as one of Airbnb's largest employee hubs outside San Francisco.
