Helping Venezuela: USS San Antonio serves at Port of La Guaira

The U.S. Navy's USS San Antonio and USS Fort Lauderdale have arrived at Venezuela’s Port of La Guaira to support relief operations following 7.2- and 7.5-magnitude earthquakes that caused widespread destruction, including 3,811 reported deaths and 18,000 displaced people. U.S. forces are operating a communications and distribution node to deliver life-saving assistance.
