Common Drugs Basically Flunk for Long COVID Fatigue
An open-label randomized trial found that an anti-inflammatory pill and a combination of a heartburn drug and antihistamine marginally improved severe long COVID fatigue compared to usual care, but only in the short-term. The drugs did not show significant long-term benefits for managing the condition.
