First Loggerhead turtle nest of the season spotted in VB
The first loggerhead sea turtle nest of the season was confirmed at Dam Neck Annex by NAS Oceana's Natural Resources team. The nest contains approximately 130 eggs and is protected with posted signs to safeguard the federally protected species.
