Scooter-riding burglary spree suspect arrested in San Jose

A suspect in a burglary spree across the Bay Area, who used an electric scooter to commit crimes at restaurants and coffee shops over a year, was arrested by San Jose police. The 47-year-old suspect, Jonathan Bynum, was captured last week.
