Recall issued for certain infant walkers due to possible fall risk

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall for WonderStone-branded infant walkers due to fall risks, as they can fit through doorways and fail to stop on steps, posing serious injury or death risks. The recalled models, sold on Walmart.com in April 2026 for about $80, include Model No: 616 and 616-1. Consumers are advised to stop using them and contact Wonder Stone Toys for a refund.
