Kochi Corporation’s new office may need another ₹4 crore to complete pending works
The Kochi Corporation’s new office project has incurred ₹61 crore after a 200% cost escalation from the original ₹18.83 crore estimate. The project, delayed by nearly two decades, received technical sanction in 2006 and was inaugurated on October 21, 2025, with an additional ₹4 crore needed for pending works.
