A financially responsible individual received text messages from Ragan & Ragan, PC-Debt Collector regarding a CashNetUSA account they claim does not exist. After verifying via Experian and Credit Karma and failing to confirm the account, they provided personal information for verification, which failed, leading to fears of a scam.
