Court orders Argentina to restore Cristina Kirchner's widow's pension

A court in Argentina has ordered the provisional reinstatement of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner's widow's pension, which will amount to approximately 15.7 million pesos gross per month starting in August. The pension was suspended in late 2024 following her corruption conviction.
