Missing 4-year-old found miles away on beach after getting separated from family on July 4

A 4-year-old girl who became separated from her family at Cape Lookout State Park on July 4 was found alive five miles away on the beach after a multiagency search. She was hypothermic and dehydrated but hospitalized in good condition. A Russian-speaking firefighter assisted with translation during the search due to the family's primary language being Russian.
