Pakistan, Russia plan joint strategy against Afghan-based terrorist networks
Pakistan and Russia agreed to develop a joint strategy against Afghan-based terrorist networks during talks between their interior ministers at the UN Chiefs of Police Summit. They discussed enhancing cooperation in counterterrorism, counter-narcotics, cybercrime, and law-enforcement training, including signing a memorandum of understanding to institutionalize bilateral efforts.
