Head-On crash in Lincoln County kills one, injures another

A head-on crash on NC 27 in Lincoln County resulted in one death and one serious injury. The collision between a westbound Ford Expedition and an eastbound Volvo occurred near Long Circle, with the Ford catching fire. Tracy Dale Mosteller of Vale died at the scene, while the Ford driver was airlifted with serious injuries.
