Student helps catch felon recording in Miami Dade College women’s restrooms, deputies report

A Miami Dade College student confronted and detained a 31-year-old man after he was filming her in a women’s restroom. The man, Rishard Parsons, has prior convictions and was on probation. He admitted to voyeurism and was charged with two counts of voyeurism and felony battery.
