‘Prolific’ shoplifter arrested for allegedly stealing from multiple TN Home Depots and reselling items on Facebook

A 25-year-old man, Charles Lindsey, was arrested for allegedly stealing tools and lawn equipment from multiple Tennessee Home Depot locations and reselling them on Facebook Marketplace. He is linked to over 30 incidents between January and May, with total theft valued at $28,000, and faces 32 theft charges and one count of organized retail crime. His girlfriend, Emily Gilbert, 40, and her friend were also arrested for planned thefts in June.
