Waymo video could determine charges after teens' bizarre California ride

Police are waiting for video from Waymo to determine if two teenagers accused of drinking alcohol and firing an Orbeez gun from inside a self-driving vehicle will face additional charges. The incident occurred in San Mateo, California, and a Waymo representative contacted police following the event.
