Detectives find child porn after seizing man’s phone at North Bay mall, police say

Detectives discovered a large quantity of child pornography after seizing a man's phone at Northgate One shopping center in San Rafael. The man, John Jeremiah Hernandez, was arrested for taking photos of underage girls at the mall.
