Tribal research institutes to draw up national tribal research agenda for next five years
Tribal research institutes (TRIs) will develop a national tribal research agenda aligned with national development goals and policies. The Tribal Affairs Secretary emphasized the need for TRIs to gain greater financial and institutional autonomy to bridge the gap between research, policy, and the people they serve.
