Ald. Marty Quinn to not seek reelection
Alderperson Marty Quinn has announced he will not seek a fifth term on Chicago's city council. He took over the 13th Ward seat from Frank Olivo in 2011 and was reelected three times. Quinn stated he 'left it all out on the field' and is no longer pursuing the position.
