Ex-charity president pleads guilty to charges in Lincoln County, sentenced to prison

Kevin Joe Turner, former president of L-Town Charities in Lincoln County, pleaded guilty to embezzling over $100,000 and using the charity's funds for unauthorized purchases, including $400,000 in online bets. He was sentenced to 58-82 months in prison and ordered to pay $500,000 in restitution through civil court.
