Someone created Walmart Marketplace Account using my email

The user received an email claiming someone created a Walmart Marketplace Seller Center account using their Gmail address, alleging a PayPal charge and requesting a phone call. The email also falsely stated the user requested to add a new user to the account and instructed them to create a new password.
