Former Tinucci’s co-owner gets probation for crashing into bicyclist with company car
Mark Thomas Tinucci Sr., a former co-owner of a Newport restaurant, was sentenced to two years of supervised probation for crashing into a bicyclist with a company vehicle and fleeing the scene. The cyclist sustained severe injuries, including a brain bleed and multiple fractures, and Tinucci admitted to hitting the cyclist before driving away without calling 911.
