An entire family of four, including two toddlers, was killed when Charles Pace, a 27-year-old suspected drunken driver, crashed into their vehicle on I-75 in Michigan. Pace, who had a blood alcohol content over three times the legal limit, was arraigned on four counts of second-degree murder.
