Investigator says video shows defendant going onto roof to kill Charlie Kirk

An investigator testified that the defendant, after visiting Utah Valley University and Chick-fil-A, returned in different clothing to shoot conservative activist Charlie Kirk from a rooftop. The defendant made contact with people affiliated with Kirk's organization before the shooting.
