[CA] Fake animal fundraisers

An Instagram account @paulsurgery is accused of scamming donors by posting emotional pleas for funds for a cat's surgery, with inconsistencies in donation goals and multiple cats used in posts. While some initial fundraising appeared legitimate, the scammer later changed donation links and failed to disclose remaining funds needed.
